The Solution
They leveraged ConveyGrid built-in Minor & Guardian workflow. LearnSmart integrated the prompt that routes parents to a DigiLocker-based verification flow. Once the Guardian’s identity is verified, they are authorized to manage the minor’s consent preferences.
The Results
LearnSmart successfully verified and onboarded over 500,000 parents, ensuring that every minor using their platform has proper, legally valid parental consent logged and auditable.
